Exchange Policy

At House of Kivaad, we ensure every order is packed with care and attention to quality. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

* Size exchange
* Damaged product received
* Incorrect product received
* Manufacturing defects

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be retained and returned with the product.
* The product should be packed securely in the original packaging.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

* Damaged products
* Missing items
* Incorrect products

The video must be recorded from the beginning before opening the package, without cuts or edits. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

If reverse pickup service is available for your pin code, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address and dispatch the exchanged product once the quality check is completed.

A reverse pickup and re-shipping fee of ₹250 will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

* Customized or personalized products
* Sale or discounted items
* Gift cards
* Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration after delivery

 Important Notes

* Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen/display settings are natural and shall not be considered defects.
* Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
* Exchanges are subject to product availability.
* Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the exchange process will be completed within 5–7 business days.
